Our Classes

Pilates Personal Training - Semi Private Classes

These sessions are designed personally for you, your goals, your injuries. Each individual will continue to be taught their own personalised program within this class.

Semi Private Classes are capped at 3 people per session to ensure you’re getting that laser focus from your Trainer and they’re helping you progress like never before.

Great for newbies, recovery from Injury, Pre/Post Natal, Peri/Menopausal Training.
