Her Approach

This isn’t generic Pilates.

Melissa works closely with each client to build a personalised program that supports how your body moves, recovers, and strengthens over time.

Whether you’re managing injury, rebuilding postnatally, or looking to train with more intention, sessions are designed to help you progress safely, and properly.

What Clients Notice

– A deeper understanding of their body
– Stronger, more stable movement patterns
– Confidence returning after injury
– Consistent, long-term results

Ongoing Development

Melissa continues to evolve her approach through ongoing education, staying aligned with current, evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and strength training, both in Australia and internationally.

Train With Confidence

You’re not just joining a class.
You’re working with someone who understands how to get your body moving and keep it that way.
