Memberships and Passes

Memberships are coming soon 10 & 20 group class passes are available

  • Absolutely!

We also offer an Introductory Pass which includes 1 x 1:1 Appointment and 2 x Pilates classes for $130 (valued at $175) and is valid for one month from the first session.

  • No, when you sign up to one of the passes/memberships, there are a total number of classes over the six months to be used. It is up to you when you take them, for example, one week you could take two classes and the next week four classes. You just need to have used the number of classes that comes with your particular membership by the end of the six-month period.

  • If you use all the classes before six months you still need to pay for your membership for the six months to pay for these classes. You can purchase a new membership at the same time.

  • No, classes are not able to be carried over to your next membership if you have not used all of the classes in the six months. Once the six months has finished, your membership expires and you need to purchase a new membership.

  • Payment can be taken upfront or on a weekly direct debit.

  • Memberships are not able to be put on hold, unless for a medical reason and a medical certificate is provided. In each of the membership types, allowance has been made for public holidays and personal holidays.

WAITLIST AND CANCELLED BOOKINGS

  • Whilst we understand that sometimes things come up and you do need to cancel, if you do cancel last minute this can mean someone on our waitlist who could have joined the classes misses out. As such, we do have late cancellation policies for all of our classes which means that if you cancel within this window of time, you will be charged either a late fee, or charged for the class.

    Late cancellation windows:

1:1 Appointment – 24 hour cancellation notice required, 50% of appointment cost is charged.

Classes – 9 hour cancellation notice required

Only exemptions for late cancellation will be for medical reasons and a medical certificate needs to be provided.

  • If the class is full but you wanted to book into the class, you will be placed on the waitlist. If a space becomes available in the class more than 30 minutes before the class, you will receive a text message asking if you would like to join. If you respond ‘Y’, you will be added to the class.
