Melissa has a background in Human Movement and Exercise Science, holds multiple Pilates practitioner certifications such as Level 4 APMA as a Pilates Practitioner, a Level 4 DMA as a Clinical Pilates Practitioner, Lagree Fitness Level 2 Certification and is also a recognised Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to the launch of Fusion, Melissa introduced and implemented the Clinical Pilates program at Windy Hill Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Clinic, as well as Essendon Football Club, as their sole Pilates provider for both AFL & VFL teams from 2007-2015 & 2017-2020.

With her extensive background and knowledge, Melissa provides well-rounded and individualised Clinical Pilates programs for her clients, to help optimise outcomes for clients who suffer from a range of health concerns, from sports injuries to common back problems. Melissa is enthusiastic and energetic in nature, which provides a unique blend of fun and professional guidance to help her clients achieve optimal outcomes. Always keeping up to date with current and worthwhile trends in the world of Health and Fitness, Melissa continues to grow within her field of expertise both in Australia and abroad. Melissa is currently completing studies in training and nutrition throughout peri/menopause.
