WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR PILATES PT, WE BEGIN WITH A PRIVATE SESSION.
This private assessment allows us to understand your body, evaluate your posture, flexibility, and strength, and identify any injuries or issues that need to be addressed. From there, we create a personalized program just for you, ensuring that your workouts are effective, safe, and enjoyable.
You have the flexibility to choose between 1:1 sessions or joining our Semi-private classes. In a semi-private setting, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small group of individuals, benefiting from the energy and support of a community while still receiving personalized attention from your instructor.
You can join a current PT semi private class or create your own private class with friends or family members, training together while still receiving personalised instruction to suit individual levels of fitness & strength.
